Do you offer dry cleaning? At this time we do not offer dry cleaning

How should I pack my dirty laundry? We prefer bags, trash bags are fine however if you have a basket/hamper that is fine just please let us know ahead of time.
Do you check pockets? Our staff is unable to check every clothing item pocket. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the wash or damaged due to items left in pockets (for example, markers/crayons/pens/chapstick, lipstick, etc.)
Do you follow each item’s label instruction? No, we are not able to read each clothing item’s washing instruction. Please let us know if there is an item you feel needs additional care. You can email us at

Do I need to weigh my pile before you pick up? No, we will weigh it after it has been completed (washed/dried/folded). We will send a photo of the weight as confirmation and will invoice you accordingly. Feel free to weigh your pile yourself in order to get an approximate estimate.
How do you wash my clothes? With the best care we can provide, we follow best practice and follow your instructions as requested. We wash clothes in cold water and use medium heat for drying.
Where should I leave my clothes for pick up? Where will be clothes be dropped of?? You determine your pick up/drop off location. Please ensure it is a SAFE and SECURE location. Some customers prefer their doorstep, their porch or in a secured or gated area. You will inform us at the time of booking where you wish for us to pick up or drop off. If you need to make a change please email as soon as possible.
Can you come into my home to pick up my laundry? No our staff do not go inside any privately owned spaces or residences. Our staff will not enter your home, apartment, car, garage or backyard for safety purposes.
How quickly should I unbag my items? Please unbag your items as soon as possible. For large items please note it can be difficult to completely dry. There is always a possibility you may need additional air dry time at home.
What happens if I forget to set my clothes during my scheduled pick up? We will send reminders to help you remember however please note that the original $10 booking fee will not be applied to your order and is non-refundable even after a cancellation. You will be required to reschedule using our booking page and pay an additional $10. This is out of consideration for our driver who set aside time to drive to your pick up. Thank you for understanding.
My card is expired or declined during service now what? We will charge your card once your order has been completed (wash, folded). If your payment does not go through your order will not progress to the delivery stage. We will ask you to please update your payment information by calling us. As soon as your payment has been received, your order will be delivered. Please note there may be a delay due to the payment delay.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a pick up? No problem, please check your confirmation email and use the cancel/reschedule link in your inbox. Please notify us via the link in your email at least 3 hours before your scheduled pickup time otherwise you forfeit your $10 booking fee and it will not apply to your order. Late cancellations will require a new booking and an additional $10 booking fee.
What items do you not accept? Pillows, curtains, commercial linens, sofa covers, rugs or any contaminated items. We also do not accept specialty care items like wedding dresses, vintage clothes, costumes, hats/headwear, shoes, fur or animal products, purse or handbags.
